After an initial exam and consultation, a treatment plan is agreed and a written estimate of cost is provided. A deposit is requested at the first visit. The balance should be paid before treatment is completed. Feel free to discuss individual paying arrangements if neccesary. We accept cash, cheques, credit/debit cards. Alternatively you can pay through Denplan (private monthly payment scheme for continuing care). We also offer interest free credit.
We want you to be entirly satisfied with your treatment. If a filling, root filling, crown or bridge fails within a year we will provide free repair or replacement, or full/part replacement depending on the circumstances.
The practice operates a zero tolerance policy regarding abuse or violence towards staffand other members of the public.
All necessary precautions are taken at our practice to safeguard against all blood borne infections. We follow strict guidelines issued by the British Dental Association and the Department of Health.
Under the Freedom of Information Act each patient has the right to request access or copies of thier patient records (a private fee is applicable).
